We aim to assist our clients in achieving their goals as quickly, safely, and effectively as possible. We are collaborative partners in your education and implement the most pertinent coaching strategies to keep you motivated and help you move toward your goals.
Body Results outdoor conditioning coaches are certified through the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association) as Strength and Conditioning Specialists (CSCS). We’ve helped clients achieve success for over 25 years. Our goal is to help you identify and overcome obstacles, reach your full potential, and extend your physical capabilities beyond what you’ve imagined.
Meet Our Coaches
Call me Coach Court! In addition to my NSCA-CSCS credential, I am also a Precision Nutrition Master Health Coach working toward my National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach credential (NBC-HWC.)
My adventures include eight summits of Mt. Rainier, a climb of Kilimanjaro along the Western Breach route, a trek across the Tongariro Alpine Crossing in New Zealand, and a summit of Mauna Loa, among others. I hike regularly in the Cascade Mountains with my best canine buddy, Ajax.
A lifelong learner, my varied toolkit includes coursework in Nutrition; Change Psychology; Sleep, Stress, and Recovery; Chat GPT/AI for Coaches; and Journal Coaching through the International Association for Journal Writers (IAJW).
Everyone is a work in progress. We each have different stories. We all add value to our communities. I aim to help you discover hidden strengths and talents so that you leave knowing your body, yourself, and your capabilities better than when we start.
I’m coach Doug. I enjoy wilderness sports and nature. I have a passion for photographing wildlife with a specific interest in birds. I also enjoy learning about and testing the latest and greatest developments in human performance training and competing in Track and Field Hammer and Discus Throwing.
My clients have reached the summits of mountains including Mt. Everest, Denali, Mt. Rainier, volcanoes around the world, and Himalayan peaks. My clients have also done various backpacking and trekking adventures in the Grand Canyon and on sections of the Pacific Crest Trail.
I get motivated when I work with another person who has specific goals. Virtually anything is possible when a person has the right motivation. The human body has almost unlimited potential that most people only tap into 10%. I like to work with people who are unwilling to accept traditional limitations and who constantly expand their comfort zones. This is where I believe life exists.
