Conditioning Coaching

We offer a wide variety of services to suit your specific needs. If you have additional questions about which program will work best for you after browsing through the information on each service, please contact us.

  • Start-up Program: for our new Body Results clients, this 2-session program includes muscle balance, flexibility, strength and cardiovascular assessment, bodyfat measurements (as desired), and development of a customized, personalized exercise program.
  • Muscle Balance Assessment: For pre-hab, post-rehab, or new clients to identify areas of the body that need stretching or strengthening.
  • Program Development: for our returning clients, includes monthly program updates along with form check on new exercises and calendar suggestions of additional workouts.
  • Workout sessions: in-person exercise sessions, located in the North Seattle/Shoreline area
  • Sports Topic Consultations: for the multi-sport athletes, climbers, mountaineers or individuals wanting specific guidance for a climb, trip or adventure.
